In these sessions, we look at neurodivergence as a different way of experiencing the world—not as something wrong. We focus on how people with different brain types can sometimes misunderstand each other. Together, we might talk about things like feeling hurt easily, having the same fights over and over, or a desire for a closer relationships.

I support all kinds of relationships—whether you're in a non-monogamous, monogamous, or polyamorous relationship, on the aromantic or asexual spectrum, or working through issues with friends or family.

Sessions are 75 minutes long, and I strongly recommend this length to give us enough time to go deeper.

Relationship Counselling

Strategist sessions are made for adult university students. These sessions help you get better at planning, staying organized, managing your emotions, and speaking up for what you need. Many students who receive support through student aid find it helpful to book weekly sessions during the school term.

Individual sessions provide a space to explore your unique experiences without judgement, aiming to bring more harmony, clarity, and flow into your life. Many clients find it helpful to start with weekly sessions, then gradually shift to a schedule that feels right for ongoing support.
