Concerns

I offer one-on-one and relationship counselling for people—many of whom are just starting to realize they might be neurodivergent and want to better understand themselves.

Being neurodivergent can be tough, but one of the hardest parts is not having clear and simple information to help you figure things out. Without the right support, it can be hard to make sense of your experiences and build a life that truly works for you.

Life can feel really overwhelming without the right tools and support. I believe everyone deserves the chance to understand themselves through an accurate and more compassionate lens.

Some of the Concerns I commonly assist clients with include:

  • Persistent feelings of guilt or shame

  • Rejection sensitivity or social anxiety

  • Ongoing feelings of worthlessness or low self-esteem

  • Struggles with the inner critic and perfectionism

  • Difficulties with emotional dysregulation (really big feelings that overtake you)

  • Challenges in building meaningful and lasting relationships

  • Navigating effective communication and boundary setting

  • Anxiety or depression

  • Managing sensory overstimulation as a highly sensitive person

  • Executive functioning challenges, including procrastination, time management, completing tasks, and impulsivity

  • Grief
