Concerns
Some of the Concerns I commonly assist clients with include:
Feeling guilty or ashamed a lot
Worrying a lot about what others think or feeling nervous in social situations
Rejection Sensitivity
Feeling like they’re not good enough (low self-confidence)
Struggles with the inner critic and perfectionism
Having really big emotions that feel hard to control
Finding it tough to build strong, lasting relationships
Learning how to set healthy boundaries and clearly communicate needs
Dealing with anxiety or depression
Managing overwhelm from too much noise, light or activity if they’re highly sensitive
Struggling with things like starting a task, staying organized, managing time, or acting on impulse
Coping with grief or loss
I offer one-on-one and relationship counselling for people—many of whom are just starting to realize they might be neurodivergent and want to better understand themselves.
Being neurodivergent can be tough, but one of the hardest parts is not having clear and simple information to help you figure things out. Without the right support, it can be hard to make sense of your experiences and build a life that truly works for you.
Life can feel really overwhelming without the right tools and support. I believe everyone deserves the chance to understand themselves through an accurate and more compassionate lens.
