Individual sessions provide a space to explore your unique experiences without judgement, aiming to bring more harmony, clarity, and flow into your life. Many clients find it helpful to start with weekly sessions, then gradually shift to a schedule that feels right for ongoing support.

Individual Counselling

In our sessions, we’ll look at neurodivergence as a difference, not a problem to fix. Together we’ll demystify common miscommunications, start to notice the patterns that keep you stuck, and use your emotions as a guide to understand what each of you is really needing underneath the conflict.

This work is about helping you feel more understood, more connected, and less alone in your relationship—moving toward something that feels more mutual and steady over time.

I support all kinds of relationships—non-monogamous, monogamous, polyamorous, on the aromantic or asexual spectrum, or working through issues with friends or family.

75 minute sessions are highly encouraged so we have enough time to slow things down .

Academic Strategist sessions are made for adult university students. These sessions help you get better at planning, staying organized, managing your emotions, and speaking up for what you need. Many students who receive support through student aid find it helpful to book weekly sessions during the school term.
